General Return Policy:
Products purchased from Kidsomatic.com must meet certain criteria in order to be eligible for a return. While this policy applies to most products on this website, certain products will have exceptions to this policy and instead have their own return policy depending on the brand of that product. Please carefully read the criteria of the General Return Policy and Exception Return Policies list to ensure your product is eligible for a refund. The General Return Policy applies to any brand that is not listed under the Exception Return Policy. If you have initiated a return, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges, restocking fees, and any other fees incurred from returning the product. If the return is initiated due to a shipping error, product damaged in transit, or manufacturer error, then the customer may be exempt from these charges at the discretion of the manufacturer. This applies to ALL products sold on Kidsomatic.com.
In order for your product to be eligible for a return under the General Return Policy, the return request must be initiated within 30 days of the product purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Product must not be used and returned item must be in the original packaging and condition it was received. That means no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging, or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces. Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable.
Exceptions Return Policy:
Any brand listed under this policy will be exempt from the General Return Policy, and therefore their products will follow their own specific criteria in order to be eligible for a refund.
Freddo Toys:
Only products that are faulty/defective may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the date the product is delivered. This means that the customer must provide photos with evidence that the product is faulty/defective, and returns due to buyer's remorse will not be accepted. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used for purchase.
Products that have been assembled/used CAN NOT be returned, unless the defect can not be detected until the product has been assembled/used.
2MamaBees:
2MamaBees does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.Please contact us at 855-261-3206 or sales@kidsomatic.com as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.
Kiddie Couch:
All sales are final. Once your order is shipped, you cannot cancel it. If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. Kiddie Couch does not accept returns due to logistical and packaging purposes. If your product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at 855-261-3206 or sales@kidsomatic.com and we will do our absolute best to resolve any issues.
Tegu:
Tegu accepts all returns/exchanges on products.
Role Play Kids:
Role Play Kids does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. However, in the rare event where you might have received a product which is slightly damaged (either functional or cosmetic or any damage incurred during transit) or a product which has a manufacturing defect, Roleplay kids and /or it’s Logistics Partner will look into the matter on a case by case basis.In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with Kidsomatic within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Role Play does not accept Returns for any other reasons apart from the scenarios mentioned above. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product and is subject to the following conditions.
- The customer should notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
Toki Mats:
Returns are permitted within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at sales@kidsomatic.com to request a return. Don't forget to include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. The return shipping cost and any other fees is the responsibility of the customer. Original packaging is preferred, but if not unavailable we do ask that it’s shipped in a container similar in size to the original, that protects the merchandise so as to avoid damage in transit.
Children of Design:
Returns are permitted within 90 days from the date of purchase, however the product must be in unused and resellable condition, and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund.
Toddlekind:
Toddlekind will accept items in new, resalable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 100 days from the arrival date. Products purcahsed from Toddlekind must meet the aforementioned conditions in order to be eligible for a refund.
Make It Cute:
Make It Cute will accept returns within 15 days of order receipt. Please notify us within 15 days of order receipt about any product damages.
To start a return, just follow these easy steps:
- Respond to your order confirmation email, letting us know which product(s) you want to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label we'll send you via email in response to your return request.
- Mail all items back to Make It Cute using the provided shipping label.
- Remember to ship your return within 10 days from receiving the shipping label.
- Please adhere to these terms, as non-compliant returns will be declined.
Kindly note the Make It Cute return and refund policy exceptions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items should show no signs of wear or use.

MotoTec:
MotoTec USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to MotoTec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
Auden & Avery:
No refunds or returns unless the item was damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please leave the item in its original packaging and email us within 48 hours at sales@kidsomatic.com. Please include in your email the order number, at least 3 photos of the damaged item and 3 photos of the packaging/box.Please note: All damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement and/or refunds cannot be guaranteed on damaged merchandise that is not reported in a timely manner. Refunds for damaged items will be processed back to the original form of payment.
GrowGo Kids:
Products can be returned 30 days from purchase date. Return shipping will need be arranged by the customer.However, in specific cases (e.g. if the item was delivered with pre-existing factory defects) GrowGo will arrange for return shipping.
USCarBed:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Uscarbed.com, most items can be returned within **fifteen (15)** days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and include all parts, accessories, and packaging.Uscarbed reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. If your order is canceled for any reason, we will notify you via email and refund any payment already made.
Damages:
Any damages to products during transit should immediately reported to Kidsomatic.com for the quickest resolution possible. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to sales@kidsomatic.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, or if you have initiated a return, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges, restocking fees, and any other fees incurred from returning the product. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
